1:1 Individualized OT Sessions in Nature
  • Personalized, goal-focused support tailored to your child’s unique needs

  • These sessions provide individualized support in: emotional regulation, sensory processing, executive functioning, social-emotional development, motor coordination, attention and behavior regulation, flexible thinking, and daily life skills such as routines, self-care, and transitions.

  • Sessions are fully tailored to your child and combine structured therapeutic activities with play-based, child-led engagement in a supportive outdoor environment.

Group
  • Small group experiences designed to build connection, confidence, and regulation skills

  • Group Structure

    • Up to 5 children per group

    • 2–3 adults (including a licensed Occupational Therapist)

  • May include a 3-year age range (e.g., 3–5, 6–8, 9–12) to support peer learning and flexibility

  • What Groups Support

    • Group sessions are designed to support children in developing emotional regulation, sensory processing, motor skills, social connection, flexible thinking, and confidence in peer interactions. Children are supported in sharing ideas, respecting boundaries, and navigating new or challenging activities.

  • What Sessions Look Like

    • Sessions take place outdoors and include:

    • Structured, goal-directed therapeutic activities

    • Snack time for sensory integration, fine motor coordination and regulation

    • Unstructured play to foster creativity, critical thinking, and meaningful peer relationships

* Disclaimer: Group sessions require minimum enrollment. If groups do not fill, sessions may be postponed or cancelled. Families will be notified and offered individual nature-based OT services or contacted when group opportunities become available.

Our Team will reach out within 3 days to schedule the first visit.

You will then meet the therapist at the park for the initial evaluation. Once goals are determined services will begin.
